Booking

To schedule an appointment, please use the online booking system on our website. 

If none of the available times in the online system works for you, feel free to message me on WhatsApp, and I might be able to accommodate a time that suits you. 

Deposit

A £50 deposit is required for all facial appointments, which can be applied toward the treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation or rescheduling notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.

Before appontment

Before your appointment, you will receive an email confirming your booking. In this email, there will be a link to the "complete consultation form," which I kindly ask you to fill out before your visit. Otherwise, you will need to complete it upon arrival, which may delay the appointment and result in

a shorter visit to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

Patch testing

Certain laser treatments may require a patch test at least 24 hours before the actual treatment. This helps identify the most effective treatment level and ensures that the settings used will not cause adverse skin reactions. If possible, the patch test is done during the consultation; otherwise, a separate appointment may be needed.

​Also, a patch test is required at least 24 hours before a lash and brow lamination and tint treatment to avoid any unwanted allergic reactions.

Photography

As part of the policy, patients are photographed before and after treatment for confidential records, not for marketing purposes. These photos help evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. If you'd like a copy, feel free to request it via email. Occasionally, parts of the treatment may be filmed or photographed for internal use, but this is always done with patient consent and approval.
